Markus Walter is chairman of the managing board at INCITA Invest. He is responsible for strategy, investor relations, distribution and portfolio management. The professional experience ranges from the management of open-ended real estate funds and special funds over the financing management of fund volumes over 2 billion euros to the complete facility management. Further he was responsible for several projects during the development-/construction and revitalization phase. The last he worked as a fund manager for HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH for several years.
Meysam Zarei is member of the managing board at INCITA Invest. He is responsible for asset management, project development and akquisition. Before joining INCITA Invest he was head of project development at iLive group and managing director of their operating company in the sector student living and micro apartments.
